The testing stage is a crucial part of ensuring that valves are leak-free and ready for field operation. Each valve undergoes a series of pressure tests and functional tests with zero leakage requirements, particularly for the body (shell) test.
Testing standards refer to:
The testing includes High Pressure Seat Test, Low Pressure Seat Test, Body Shell Test, Seat Cavity Test, and for valves equipped with a Backseat feature, a Backseat Test is also conducted in accordance with the type of valve being tested.
We are equipped with pressure testing machines such as Ventil, Metrus, and YFB, capable of testing valves ranging from small sizes to large sizes, with pressure classes from 150 up to 2500.
The test media used for pressure testing include water, nitrogen (N₂), helium, and air.
