We comply with Indonesia’s minimum 25% TKDN requirement, Through locally integrated manufacturing processes and supply chains, we deliver high-quality products, with selected product achieving TKDN levels of up to 44%.
Manufacturing Process
Powered by OKUMA CNC technology from Japan, known for its precision and stability, our machining process ensures consistent accuracy and full compliance with approved engineering drawings.
Valve components are assembled by technicians trained by our global partners, using controlled assembly methods to ensure precise fit, consistency, and full compliance with technical specifications prior to testing.
Supported by seven valve test benches, our valves undergo hydrotest, gas test, and fugitive emission test to ensure reliability, while accelerating the testing process to meet projects with tight timelines.
Painting is performed by certified technicians in accordance with International Paint Indonesia specifications, ensuring consistent coating quality, durable protection, and compliance with customer application requirements.
